Transportation to Lund

From Kastrup-Copenhagen Airport (CPH)

The most convenient option is to take Öresundståg (regional train) directly to Lund Central Station. Trains depart regularly and the journey takes around 35-45 minutes.

• Tickets: Buy your ticket at the Skånetrafiken machines located just before the entrance to the train platforms, or via Skånetrafiken app (avaiable in English for iOS and Android).
• Important: Make sure to activate your ticket before boarding the train to avoid fines.

From Sturup-Malmö Airport (MMX)

Malmö Airport is smaller and less connected than Kastrup, but several options are still avaiable:

Taxi

A fixed fare of 590 SEK is offered by Taxi Lund for trips from Malmö Airport to Lund Central.

• Tip: Clearly request the fixed fare when booking.

If you take a taxi spontaneously from the airport, note that prices may vary significantly depending on time and availability.

Airport Bus (Flygbussarna)

The FlygBussarna run from Malmö Airport to Malmö Central Station (Malmö C).

• Duration: 20-30 minutes
• Cost: ~200 SEK

From Malmö C, you can take a train to Lund Central Station (trains every ~20 minutes). Tickets for this leg can be bought via the Skånetrafiken app or at vending machines in the station.

Getting Around in Lund

From Lund Central Station (Lund C) to the Campus (LTH / Mathematics Department)

Tram: The tram to LTH takes about 4–5 minutes.

• Tickets available via the Skånetrafiken app or machines at Lund C.
• You can choose between a 90-minute ticket or a 24-hour pass, depending on your needs.

Walking: It’s a pleasant 15–20 minute walk from Lund C to the campus.

For Speakers

• The conference room wil be equipped with large blackboards, they also support beamer presentations.
• We will also arrange USB(-C) sticks, to accomodate in technical ways.
